Can you Personalise your cookies?
Absolutely. we can also print a photograph, a company logo or a special message onto one of the cookies in an arrangement. We can even do customised individual cookies for your companies conference / trade show, party, wedding , event etc.
Are the Cookies Tasty?
The cookies are delicious. They made with only the finest fresh ingredients, like real butter, eggs and sugar – all to give a wonderful freshly baked taste.

Cookies By Arrangement provides a secure payment system for Visacard and Mastercard using the Securepay Gateway with the highest security SSL encryption for all online payments. How much notice do I need for an order to be delivered?
All our cookies are freshly baked to order. We are able to do a next business day delivery to Metropolitan Melbourne provided the order is received before 10:00 am.
Deliveries to interstate Capital cities require two business days notice, as we are reliant on couriers.
Please call us or email us for delivery times to all other areas.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not satisfied with your cookies, please return them to us, and contact us by email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt. On receiving the faulty goods we will gladly replace them with another arrangement of equal value.
